Are you an experienced Site Manager? Do you have a passion for the projects you work on? Do you have experience working on medium to large residential schemes? This company has sites starting in Bristol and the Wiltshire area over the next 2-3 months.
Responsibilities
Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
Conducting quality and safety inspections
Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings
Maintaining quality control checks
Motivating the workforce
Day-to-day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
Working on-site in all weathers
Requirements
SMSTS / SSSTS
First Aid
Full UK Driving Licence
Key Skills
Good communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Decision-making ability
Commercial awareness
Ability to motivate others
Teamworking skills
Good knowledge of building methods and regulations.
